This notice covers the Lorretta Apps product hub and the GomNest features described below. LORRETTA Sentinel is a separate organizational product; ask your workspace administrator or contact us about the notices and controls applicable to that service.
Using this product hub
You can browse this website and try its interactive demonstrations without creating an account. The demonstrations use fictional data held in page memory. Demo controls do not send emails, submit applications, upload documents or change live product records. Resetting or reloading clears those demo choices.
This authored website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or a marketing signup form. Hosting and security services may process technical request information, including IP addresses, browser details and timestamps, to serve and protect the website.
Using GomNest
GomNest is a separate application. In an account workspace, it uses your email address and authentication information, profile preferences, application records, notes, document metadata and uploaded files to provide the features you choose. Authentication, database and private file storage use Supabase. Email delivery uses configured email-service providers, including Resend, for security codes and opted-in reminders.
In a device workspace, records are kept in your browser storage. New device attachments use IndexedDB. Clearing browser data can remove those records and files. Account workspaces store records with the service and use authenticated access for private files. Download separate document copies when keeping an offline backup; workspace exports may contain file references rather than the files themselves.
Scheduled reminders use the date, lead time, time zone and email preferences saved for each entry. You can turn off an entry's email reminder or pause scheduled reminder emails in Workspace settings. Security-code emails support account access.
Google sign-up and sign-in
If you choose Google authentication in GomNest, Google provides basic identity information, including your name, email address and profile picture, through the configured Supabase authentication service. This is used to create or access your GomNest account. The sign-in connection does not request permission to read your Gmail messages or calendar. You can review or remove the connection in your Google Account settings.
Calendar choices and external links
Calendar event links pass the event title, dates and details to the Google or Microsoft calendar service you choose. You review and save the event in that service. These links do not give this hub or GomNest access to read your calendar or mailbox. External sources and product links operate under their own notices and controls.
Contacting us
If you email us, we receive the address and information you send and use it to respond and handle your enquiry. Messages are processed through email-service providers. Please do not send passwords, security codes, payment details or unnecessary sensitive documents by email.
Retention and your choices
Browser records remain until you remove them or clear browser storage. Service records, enquiry messages and operational logs may be retained to provide the service, handle requests, maintain security or meet applicable requirements. Backups and operational logs may have separate retention periods.
For questions or requests concerning access, correction, deletion or privacy, email info@lorrettaapps.com. Identify the product and account concerned without sending passwords or authentication codes. We may need to verify that a request relates to your account.
Cookies & local storage
This hub's demo does not set a tracking cookie or save its choices to local storage. Hosting infrastructure may use necessary technical controls. Linked products have separate browser storage needs: GomNest uses local storage, session storage and IndexedDB for the chosen workspace, account session and preferences. Clearing them may sign you out or remove device-only files. Your browser provides controls for storage and cookies.
